Bootcamp Trampoline
In the United States, Bootcamp Trampoline has become the new fitness hype and enthusiasts are burning calories left, right and centre. Test us, try us: it is an innovative work-out, but a bootcamp is a bootcamp. The work-out does not focus on hardcore trampoline jumping, but the emphasis is put on working those larger muscle groups. By making use of the resistance of the trampolines, you train effectively and see the results quickly: your body will tell you it’s been worked!
Muscle ache? For sure – although it’s not all that bad, because the trampoline suspension ensures the impact on muscles and joints is within bounds. Under the guidance of our Jumpers instructors, the Bootcamp Trampoline just has to be tried!
